ASIANSTAR CNC MACHINING MATERIALS PRODUCING COMPONENTS
Materials used on CNC Machining process are normally including Metals, Plastics, Woods, Glass. Asianstar CNC Machining produce components on Metal Materials and Plastic Materials.
We deeply understand each material property their common functional using, such as some materials are more hardness, some materials need more attention on roughness, some materials should be careful to avoid deform, and some materials are not allowed to be used in specified industries, etc. It helps us to arrange process and cutter and production solution correctly.
The metal materials we used on CNC machining process are mostly Aluminum Alloy, Brass, Copper, Steel, Stainless Steel, Titanium, ect. Each alloy of them includes many different type that with different property and suitable for different process and function. For example, aluminum 6061 is suitable for aluminium extrusion while aluminum 7075 is suitable aerospace components.
With our experiences on CNC Machining materials, we can use the materials correct and suggest clients to update better ones for machining process or product functional reason.
